These services need a TLC or NY.gov login. FleetLinkr never sees or stores your credentials — you sign in directly on the government site.

Manage Your TLC License

Through the NYC TLC LARS system you can: plead guilty and pay a summons or settlement, make a license renewal payment, apply for a new license, pay applicable fees, or update your contact information online.

  • Email address on file with TLC
  • Payment method for eligible renewals, applications, or settlements (TLC handles payment directly on the LARS site)

About requesting another person’s driving record

You cannot use these tools to look up another driver’s record without their permission. A driver can obtain their own record and share it with you voluntarily. Vehicle owners or businesses that need authorized access must certify a permissible purpose under the federal Driver’s Privacy Protection Act and may need to use NY DMV’s LENS or DIAL-IN programs.

FleetLinkr never asks drivers to hand over NY.gov credentials or government login information.
